1. Introduction
1.1. You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.

2. Payment/Ownership
2.1. Payment is due at the time of order. It can be made by Switch, MasterCard, and Visa or through PayPal. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
2.2. All goods remain the property of C. Courtney Designs until full payment is received.

3. Delivery
3.1. We are able to offer delivery to all areas of the UK mainland. Please contact us for other destinations. Our postage and packaging prices are detailed on clicking the delivery tab. 3.2. Our aim is to deliver goods no later than 5 - 7 working days from date of order, only on purchases of jewellery, artworks will take longer. . However should an item be temporarily out of stock please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Orders will be acknowledged by e-mail within 12 hours of receipt of the order.
3.3. Orders are delivered using our preferred couriers and royal mail. Please note that items will require a signature upon arrival. Please report all Shortages and/or damage in writing within 3 working days.

4. Warranty and Guarantee
4.1. In the event of a fault, please contact us immediately to arrange for the product to be returned to us, for jewellery only, please see returns information. 4.2. Please note that if the damage/fault is caused by Misuse this will invalidate the warranty and any repairs carried out will be chargeable along with carriage cost.

5. Specifications and Dimensions
5.1. All Specifications and dimensions are approximate measurements from the product manufacturers. Please note that due to the printing process, the colours illustrated may vary slightly on the actual product.

6. Returns
6.2. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us, in an unused “as new” condition, in its original packaging within 14 working days of receipt. We will then give you a full refund on your original purchase invoice. We will not accept any non-faulty returns made outside of the 7-day period. Free delivery will be offered on jewellery orders over the value of £30.00.
7. Cancellation of Orders
7.1. Cancellations will only be possible up to the point of dispatch. If the goods have been dispatched, you will need to take collection of the item and return it to us as per the Returns procedure above.

8. Faulty/Damaged Goods
8.1. If the product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and return the item to us. Once the item has been received, we will inspect the product and issue the appropriate action. We reserve the right to offer a refund or exchange on the goods. We will not be liable to the customer in the event of delay or failure to perform the contract due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. We will not refund if damage has been caused by misuse.

9. Health and Safety for Returned Goods
9.1. All returned goods must be clean and free from contamination in accordance with Health & Safety regulations pertaining to risk of infection to employees. Any items contaminated with bodily fluids pose a serious risk to anyone who may come into contact with the contaminated unit. Any contaminated items will not be accepted and will be returned to you in the same condition as received. A carriage and handling charge will be payable.
9.2. Please ensure that all returns are properly packaged with no sharp edges, etc.

10. Forum
10.1. Any dispute(s) arising from the sale of goods by C. Courtney Designs will be resolved by PayPal’s dispute department. When purchasing goods through this website you are entering a legal binding contract.

11. Service Access
11.1. While we endeavor to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
11.2. Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

12. Visitor Material and Conduct
12.1 Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to this Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will have no obligations with respect to such material. We and our nominees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

14.1. To register your details with C. Courtney Designs you must be over sixteen years of age.
14.2. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user details with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
14.3. Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
