Delivery

Postage on Jewellery is £4.95 GBP per order. All deliveries are made using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. We strive to deliver your product(s) within seven working days of payment received.

Photos and prints will take longer due to the printing process and the postage on these is higher and explained below.

Print and photo

Print and photo Dimensions:

A4 – 297 x 210 mm
A3 – 420 x 297 mm
A2 - 594 x 420 mm

Prints and photos larger than A4 will be packaged in a strong mailing tube to ensure optimum protection. We are not responsible for your purchase once in leaves our facilities, and will not cover damages in transit.

Postage and packaging for prints and photos:

A4/A3 unframed photos and prints is £5.50 P&P
A4/A3 framed photos and prints is £10.00 P&P
A2 original print unframed is £10.00 P&P
A2 original print frames is £15.00 P&P

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us, in an unused “as new” condition, in its original undamaged packaging within 7 working days of receipt. We will then give you a full refund of the total invoice amount minus the original postage costs. Please do not affix labels to or damage the product packaging. You can return the item to us by post, but please retain proof of posting. Return postage will not be refundable. Please contact before returning any products and the reason for the return request.

Please note that earrings are non-refundable due to good hygiene, and due to the processing involved all prints and photos are also non-refundable.
